The Crew: How to Earn Money Fast

Complete Story Missions

The Crew rewards you the most for completing its main story missions. These will be flagged up on your map so you shouldn’t have too many problems finding them, either. All you have to do is simply make your way through these missions and you’ll find that the credits will come rollin’ in.

The further you get in the story, the more money you will be rewarded for completing each mission. It’s a simple way to allow you to unlock the upgrades or vehicles in order to give you a chance in missions as the difficulty ramps up. While this is the best way to get money in The Crew, there are some other ways to supplement your earnings.

Visit Landmarks

Landmarks are dotted all around The Crew’s map. You’ll spot them on your map as a little monument-looking icon. Don’t worry, you don’t have to do anything at landmarks except for pressing a button.

Simply make your way over to a landmark that you spot on your map, follow the on-screen button prompt to ‘visit’ the landmark, and enjoy $2000 of extra cash each time you make a visit. Who knew that sightseeing could be so profitable?

Complete Challenges

The Crew’s world isn’t just filled with landmarks and story missions, though. Tons of challenges await those who want to put their skills to the test and are dotted all over the world map. While the main prize for winning these is certainly the different upgrade parts, which get better the faster or more accurately you complete a challenge, but there’s a little cash prize too.

Make sure you’re clearing your surrounding area of challenges as best you can before moving on. You may not be able to nail that gold medal, but there’s still some cash and parts to be won even for a bronze. Alternatively, you can always come back to finish the job off once you’ve got a better ride, too.

The Crew is all about playing with your friends and exploring its huge virtual North America together. Blistering across the salt plains, cruising down the streets of LA, or taking it off-road through the midwest, there’s plenty of fun to be had outside of challenges and story missions.

Every time you play with friends and win a race, complete challenges, or whatever else you decide to do, you’ll also be granted a bonus to the EXP and money that you earn. So best thing to do is to grab some friends, head out on the roads and complete all manner of challenges, and landmarks together. You’ll all benefit from the bonus and will have some great fun on your journeys to each next marker.
