The Fortnite week 11 challenges go live at 10am ET/ 3pm BST on Thursday, May 27. One of these challenges requires players to ‘Place a Spirit Crystal at the Tallest Mountain’ in Fortnite. Where to Place a Spirit Crystal at the Tallest Mountain in Fortnite
The tallest mountain in Fortnite is the snowy mountain just south of Catty Corner. We’ve marked its location on the map below.
This is the mountain that also has the weather observatory on its west side. Ignore the observatory, however, and make your way to the very top of this mountain where you’ll find an orange flag.
Just in front of this orange flag, you’ll be able to interact with and place the spirit crystal. Press X on Xbox, Square on PlayStation, Y on Nintendo Switch or E on PC to place the crystal at the tallest mountain in Fortnite for the week 11 challenge.
It’s worth noting that the tallest mountain is going to get pretty busy as everyone tries to complete the challenge over the first few days following the week 11 challenges releasing on May 27. If you’re unable to place the spirit crystal before being eliminated, try again later next week, or in a Team Rumble game.
After doing this, the week 11 challenge will be ticked off in the top left-hand corner of the screen, and you’ll earn 24,000 XP to help you level up your Battle Pass.
