Evolving Eevee in Pokemon Quest Eevee is one of the more popular and unique Pokemon in the series primarily because of its different evolution forms, and this cute little critter appears in Pokemon Quest as well. If you picked Eevee as your starter at the beginning of the game, you’ll be able to level it up and it’ll evolve eventually.
