As you level up in Overwatch and gain more Loot Boxes, you’ll eventually unlock new character icons to replace the default logo one you have on your career profile. To change your icon, simply go to your Career Profile (you can do this in the main menu, or during matchmaking) and you’ll see your stats for all your characters. What you want to do is go to the tab that says ‘Player Icon’, and you’ll be able to see all the icons in the game, both locked and unlocked. Read More...
