A few days ago, we learned that Final Fantasy XIV player Maidy Maidy passed away after battling cancer for some time. Maidy was known as the author of the story behind the TV series and theatrical movie “Dad of Light” which focused on the game.
He was also an active Final Fantasy XIV player and leader of the Giovinezza (“Youth” in Japanese) free company on the Gungnir server.
